Helping ambassadors
engage their teams.
How can we give ambassadors a place in the app to support team engagement?
Role: UX journeys and interface design with the team.
01 — THE INSIGHT
A community already active on the ground.
Teams and ambassadors were already part of how Sparted campaigns were organised, but the product did not fully support their role. The challenge was to connect this human dynamic more closely to the in-app experience.
02 — THE JOURNEYS
Making the ambassador space accessible.
With the team, I designed two entry points from the home screen, both leading to a dedicated ambassador space. These flows explore how users discover the experience while keeping navigation clear for other players.
